Private lessons (Privatlektion) - Individual coaching sessions available by booking.

Vinnarbana (Winner's Court) - 90-minute sessions where players rotate courts based on performance. Partners, opponents, and courts are randomly assigned for the first match. Each match is timed. Objective is to advance to the winner's court and stay there as long as possible.

Group Training (Gruppträningar) - One hour training sessions with focus on various match situations. Designed for players wanting coaching on match tactics and to meet players at similar skill levels. Helps develop both playing ability and social network.

Padel Camp (Sommarlöv Camp) - Intensive summer camp for boys and girls ages 7-15 years held in weeks 25, 26, and 32. Multiple days of fun and development with focus on playing lots of padel and varied ball exercises. Coached by head coaches and experienced young coaches.
