Questions
What is included in the hotel and padel package?
The €875 base package includes 3 nights and 4 days with 6 hours of padel coaching and 6 hours of social play. Stay at the 4-star Hotel Alicante Golf on a bed & breakfast basis.
What is the maximum group size?
Groups are up to 16 people with a maximum of 4 people per coach.
Are flights included?
We do not provide flights as part of our event packages. If you need any help with flights feel free to get in touch.
Is insurance required?
All participants are expected to provide suitable holiday insurance to cover the period of their stay and their activities.
Is padel hire included?
Padel hire is included as part of the price if you don't have your own racquet.
What should I bring?
Please bring appropriate clothing and footwear to cover your stay. As Spain is usually sunny, we also recommend sunscreen and a cap.
How will we communicate during the trip?
You will be given the telephone numbers of our on-the-ground representative(s). In addition, a WhatsApp group will be created for the entire group to allow communications between guests. This is entirely voluntary.
What can I do between coaching sessions?
During the day you are welcome to return to your hotel for some rest in between coaching sessions, or you can relax at the venue where there is a restaurant and other sporting facilities. Your evenings are your own to explore Alicante and the surrounding areas.
Can non-players join?
Travelling with someone who's not playing? They're welcome to join and enjoy the trip too for €325.
Is booking protected?
Yes, bookings are protected through Protected Trust Services (PTS), a leading travel protection association that ensures customer funds are safely held in a trustee-managed account. This protection operates under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018.
