What is the cancellation policy?
All padel camp bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, or convert your booking to an open-dated credit for use at future camps (subject to availability).
What are the visa and travel requirements?
You are responsible for ensuring you meet Bali's entry requirements (valid passport, visa if required). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
What happens if the minimum number of participants is not met?
If the minimum number of participants is not met, the camp may be cancelled up to 7 days before the start. In case of cancellation due to external causes, you will be offered to move your booking to a future date or receive a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
What should I know about health and safety?
Participation is at your own risk. You must ensure you are fit and healthy for the activities involved. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers sports activities.
Will photos and videos be taken?
By joining the camp, you agree that we may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
What are the conduct expectations?
Participants must respect other guests, coaches, and local rules. The organizer reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the camp without refund in case of disruptive behavior.
