Are payments refundable?

All padel camp bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, or convert your booking to an open-dated credit which you can use for any future camp (subject to availability).

What are the visa and travel requirements for Bali?

You are responsible for ensuring you meet Bali's entry requirements (valid passport, visa if required). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.

What happens if I miss sessions due to delays or illness?

The organizers are not responsible for missed sessions due to flight delays, illness, or other personal issues.

What happens if the camp is cancelled?

If the camp must be cancelled due to external causes, the organizers will offer to move your booking to a future date or issue a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs. If the minimum number of participants is not met, the camp may be cancelled up to 7 days before the start.

Can the schedule be modified?

The organizers reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule if necessary.

Are there health and safety requirements?

Participation is at your own risk. You must ensure you are fit and healthy for the activities involved. Travel insurance covering sports activities is strongly recommended.

Will photos and videos be taken?

By joining the camp, you agree that photos and videos taken during the event may be used for promotional purposes.

What conduct is expected at the camp?

Participants must respect other guests, coaches, and local rules. The organizers reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the camp without refund in case of disruptive behavior.
