TAO Padel Academy coaches are high-level professional coaches with years of experience in the padel world. Each coach has a strong technical and tactical background with a deep understanding of how to develop players at every stage of their journey. Coaches are selected for their people skills, communication, motivation, and ability to connect with players in a friendly and respectful way.

Is accommodation included in the price?
Accommodation is not included in the base camp price.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
All padel camp bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, or convert your booking to an open-dated credit for any future camp (subject to availability).
What are the visa and travel requirements?
You are responsible for ensuring you meet Bali's entry requirements (valid passport, visa if required). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
What happens if the minimum number of participants is not met?
The organizer reserves the right to cancel the camp up to 7 days before the start if the minimum number of participants is not met.
What is the refund policy in case of force majeure?
If the camp must be cancelled due to external causes, the organizer will offer to move your booking to a future date or issue a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Is travel insurance required?
Travel insurance that covers sports activities is strongly recommended.
What is the media consent policy?
By joining the camp, you agree that the organizer may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
What is the policy on conduct and behavior?
Participants must respect other guests, coaches, and local rules. The organizer reserves the right to ask anyone to leave the camp without refund in case of disruptive behavior.
