What is the refund policy?
All padel camp bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your booking to another person at no additional cost, or convert your booking to an open-dated credit for any future camp (subject to availability).
What are the visa and travel requirements?
You are responsible for ensuring you meet Bali's entry requirements (valid passport, visa if required). Your passport must be valid for at least 6 months from your arrival date.
What happens if I miss sessions due to flight delays or illness?
We are not responsible for missed sessions due to flight delays, illness, or other personal issues.
What happens if the camp is cancelled?
If the camp must be cancelled due to external causes, we will offer to move your booking to a future date or issue a partial refund, minus any non-recoverable costs.
Can the schedule be modified?
We reserve the right to make minor changes to the schedule if necessary.
Is there a minimum number of participants required?
If the minimum number of participants is not met, we may cancel the camp up to 7 days before the start.
Is travel insurance recommended?
Participation is at your own risk. You must ensure you are fit and healthy for the activities involved. We strongly recommend travel insurance that covers sports activities.
Will photos and videos be taken during the camp?
By joining the camp, you agree that we may use photos and videos taken during the event for promotional purposes.
What is the conduct policy?
Participants must respect other guests, coaches, and local rules. We reserve the right to ask anyone to leave the camp without refund in case of disruptive behavior.
