Questions
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to 30 days before arrival = 100% refund of the full package. Up to 3 days before arrival = 100% refund of padel activities. No refunds for cancellations after these deadlines.
What is the payment structure?
50% due at the time of confirmation, 50% due 7 days before arrival.
What happens in case of bad weather?
Activities will be rescheduled or moved indoors. If this is not possible, unused services will be refunded.
Can non-playing guests join?
Yes, they are welcome and the organizers will ensure they have a great time too.
