What is the cancellation or refund policy?
Policies vary by airline, hotel, or package provider. Some bookings are fully refundable, while others may only offer credit or charge cancellation fees. The terms of our trips can be requested before booking.
How far in advance should I book my holiday?
It's generally best to book 2–6 months in advance for the best prices and availability, especially during peak travel seasons like summer and holidays.
Is travel insurance included in my booking?
Most bookings don't include travel insurance by default. We recommended purchasing fully comprehensive travel insurance separately to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage.
Can I make changes to my booking after confirmation?
