Are the retreats guaranteed to go ahead?
There is a minimum group size that must be met before the retreat can be confirmed. Once the minimum has been reached, participants will be notified so the balance can be paid. If the minimum isn't met, deposits will be refunded in full. All retreats are confirmed at least 30 days before the start date.
What is the cancellation policy?
The deposit (25%) is non-refundable unless cancelled within 24 hours of booking. After final payment: More than 45 days before the retreat — 50% refund; Between 45 and 30 days — 30% refund; Less than 30 days — no refund
What level do I need to be?
All levels are welcome. Before arrival, coaches will send a questionnaire to understand your level and organise appropriate sessions in advance. There will also be a full on-court assessment in the first session to make sure every player is matched correctly.
Will the coaches speak English?
Yes.
Can airport transfers be arranged?
Yes, airport transfers can be added as an optional extra.
Which airport should I fly into?
LPA – Las Palmas (Gran Canaria).
Do I have to share a room?
The standard price is based on double occupancy. A single occupancy upgrade is available for an additional €199.
Can I bring a non-padel player?
Absolutely. There is a dedicated package for non-padel players who want to join the trip: €499 per person, including all retreat activities and social events except the padel programme. This includes welcome drinks, group meals, accommodation, daily breakfast, and access to all social activities throughout the retreat.
