    Defense & transitions (reading the lob, defensive structure, turning defense into attack)

    Match simulation (controlled volleys, video review, rotating scenarios and momentum control)

    Tactics & pressure play (serve-and-return patterns, scoreboard pressure and partner chemistry under fatigue)

    Freeplay & tournament (prep with partner, then competition, trophy ceremony & farewell)
