What happens in case of bad weather?
In case of bad weather, activities will be rescheduled or moved indoors. If this is not possible, unused services will be refunded.
What is the cancellation policy?
Up to 30 days before arrival = 100% refund of entire package. Up to 3 days before arrival = 100% refund of padel activities. No refund for cancellations after these deadlines.
What are the payment terms?
50% due at confirmation, 50% due 7 days before arrival.
