Questions

What is the Palaestra Method?

The Palaestra Method is built on three key pillars: (1) Master the fundamentals with clarity - focus on movement, positioning, and shot selection; (2) Train with purpose - drills with clear goals and repetition counts, tactical patterns for your level; (3) Compete better under pressure - match-play scenarios, targets, and timed sets to build decision-making and consistency.

What skill level is required?

The program is aimed at intermediate to advanced players.

How many players are in each camp?

Limited to 9 players per camp for true individual attention.

What is included in the program?

Eight days of coaching with two sessions each day, video analysis, recovery sessions, workshops, and daily meals at the club.

What is the selection process?

Step 1: Submit an application form with your padel background and goals. Step 2: A 15-minute welcome call to understand your needs and group you accordingly. Step 3: Confirmation & payment to secure your spot. Step 4: Pre-camp preparation including a performance questionnaire, pre-arrival tips, and access to a private group chat.

Why does the method work?

The method works because it features: (1) Scientific training structure with progressive daily cycle - technique to repetition to match-play to video analysis; (2) Partner matching at your level; (3) Small exclusive groups (9 players max); (4) Progress tracking with measurable drills and clear feedback; (5) Holistic performance approach covering technique, tactics, mindset, conditioning, and recovery.
