What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be transferred to another person or rescheduled to a different date up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability. Padel activities are refundable up to 3 days before the scheduled activity. Gastronomic experiences are refundable up to 10 days before the scheduled experience. Hotel bookings are non-refundable due to high-season demand.
What is the payment structure?
50% deposit required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
Will the hotel be confirmed before booking?
The exact hotel will be confirmed at the moment of the booking, depending on availability. Accommodation is provided in selected 4-star hotels carefully chosen for this experience.
