What is the payment structure?
50% deposit required to confirm the booking. The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.
What is the cancellation policy?
Bookings can be transferred to another person or rescheduled to a different date up to 15 days before arrival, subject to availability. Padel activities are refundable up to 3 days before the scheduled activity. Gastronomic experiences are refundable up to 10 days before the scheduled experience. Hotel bookings are non-refundable due to high-season demand.
What is included in the accommodation options?
Accommodation is provided in selected 4-star hotels carefully chosen for this experience. Options include Hotel Zenit 4★ (single or shared room) or Apart. Simón Verde 3★ (single apartment or shared apartment for 2 people). The exact hotel will be confirmed at the moment of booking, depending on availability.
How many padel training sessions are included?
The base package includes 4 padel training sessions of 1.5 hours each (Day 2 morning, Day 3 morning, Day 3 afternoon, Day 4 morning), totaling 6 hours of coaching.
