Travel insurance requirement
For your safety and peace of mind, all guests are required to hold valid travel insurance that covers: Medical expenses and evacuation, Trip cancellation or interruption, Participation in physical activities such as hiking, cycling, padel or other outdoor or wellness-related activities
How does booking work?
You can join the waitlist for free. When the trip opens for bookings, you can secure your spot by paying a deposit. Once you pay the deposit, your spot is confirmed. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the trip is fully booked, we cannot guarantee availability. The remaining balance is due 3 weeks (21 days) before the trip begins. If you don't pay the balance by the deadline, your spot will be released, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I cancel my trip?
Yes, you can cancel your trip, but the amount refunded depends on when you cancel: Cancel up to 12 weeks before the trip: Full refund. Cancel less than 12 weeks before the trip: No refund. All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to info@theklub.world. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. For added peace of mind, we recommend ensuring your travel insurance covers cancellation.
What happens if the host cancels the trip?
If we or the host need to cancel the trip for any reason, you'll receive a full refund for all services you booked through us, no matter when the cancellation occurs.
