What is the cancellation or refund policy?

How far in advance should I book my holiday?
It's generally best to book 2â6 months in advance for the best prices and availability, especially during peak travel seasons like summer and holidays.
Is travel insurance included in my booking?
Most bookings don't include travel insurance by default. We recommended purchasing fully comprehensive travel insurance separately to cover medical emergencies, cancellations, or lost luggage.
