How does booking work?
You can join the waitlist for free. When the trip opens for bookings, you can secure your spot by paying a deposit. Once you pay the deposit, your spot is confirmed. Spots are filled on a first-come, first-served basis, and if the trip is fully booked, we cannot guarantee availability. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before the trip begins. If you don't pay the balance by the deadline, your spot will be released, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Can I cancel my trip?
Yes, you can cancel your trip, but the amount refunded depends on when you cancel: Cancel up to 8 weeks before the trip: Full refund. Cancel less than 8 weeks before the trip: No refund.
What happens if the trip is cancelled?
If we or the host need to cancel the trip for any reason, you'll receive a full refund for all services you booked through us, no matter when the cancellation occurs.
