Questions

How does booking work?

Spots are secured by completing payment on the platform. Spots are first-come, first-served, and availability cannot be guaranteed if fully booked. The booking is fully refundable up to 8 weeks before the trip begins.

Can I cancel my trip?

Cancelling up to 8 weeks before the trip receives a full refund; cancelling less than 8 weeks before receives no refund. Refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days. Travel insurance covering cancellation is recommended.

What happens if the host cancels the trip?

If the host or The Padel Circle cancels for any reason, you receive a full refund for all services booked through them, regardless of timing.

Insurance

All guests must hold valid travel insurance covering medical expenses and evacuation, trip cancellation or interruption, and participation in physical activities.
